Section 186
To receive or give compensation
(1) When a document registered in the court is returned to a person or when a document is delivered from the court to a person, the document must be accompanied by a copy of the fee for the withdrawal or delivery.
(2) When a document submitted by a person to the court is accepted by the court, that person shall be compensated.
